We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative officer to join our Sales team.

Job Description:

As an Administrative officer in our Sales Department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales team.

Your primary duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing the administrative tasks associated with sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments .
  • Maintaining and updating databases related to the customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Secondary level education completed with a 3-years certification in a relevant field.

You must be entitled to work in Luxembourg by either being an EU national or by having a valid residence and work permit. The work location is full-time in Luxembourg in Belval (near the French border).
