What’s the value you can add?

The Talent Business Partner acts as a Key contact for people matters towards internal clients and supervises a Team with responsibilities in Onboarding and Career Management.

You will have the opportunity to explore a diverse range of activities:

  • Help to shape the organization and culture and work closely with our leadership to accelerate performance and build future leaders
  • Specialist in people matters with a clear focus on Talent Management, Development solutions, Business Leadership skills and Career Management
  • Act as a coach to management /performance managers in terms of performance/career management, people engagement and development solutions
  • Deploy the key firms performance and development process (Performance Reviews, Open PD, calibration meetings…)
  • Conduct with the Leadership sensitive discussions on various matters
  • Team Lead and People development responsibilities
  • Act as a relay between and work in close collaboration with other People & Culture teams to ensure high quality service
  • Implementation of the talent development & learning strategy in collaboration with the Management/Leadership and advises each individual along their career
  • Project Management on various topics, related to your areas of responsibilities

What should your profile look like?


  • You have gained a minimum of 5 years experience within a Business Partner / Advisor role and you have been in a team management role,
  • You have emotional intelligence and ability to deal with sensitive and complex situations,
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, very good organizational and project management skills,
  • You are a team player with entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged,
  • You have a high sense of ethics and confidentiality,
  • You have excellent training delivery, facilitation and presentation skills,
  • You have the ability to adapt and influence the audience and collaborate with a variety of profiles.
