Project support intern

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Define action items based on meeting discussions and ensure timely follow up. Ensure the communication of relevant project updates and changes to key testing members.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records. Create and maintain testing documents for project records.
• Project Support: Providing support to the project Manager as needed, including tasks related to scheduling, and coordination of project team activities. Track progress and ensure accountability for actions across teams. Coordinate project activities and monitor the testing status and the reporting using SAP CALM (Cloud Application Lifecycle Management).

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Management, Project Management, or a related field;
• Be fluent in English (C1);
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Familiarity with project management tools and applications, especially SAP and CALM;
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast passed environment;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate across departments/subsidiaries/ all levels within the Company;
• A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
