Finance Transformation PMO Intern (m/f)

• Assist in maintaining and updating project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs.
• Help track the progress of various project activities, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with the finance and project teams to collect and analyze financial data related to the transformation project.
• Work closely with the PMO team to ensure adherence to project management standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Prepare regular project status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and tracking project risks, and support in developing mitigation plans.
• Participate in change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new processes and systems.
• Support maintaining project-related data and documentation in various project management tools and systems.
• Collaborate with different teams involved in the Finance Transformation, including IT, finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and the overall efficiency of the Finance Transformation initiative.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a keen interest in finance, project management, and technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge or familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems is a plus.

As a Programme Management Office (PMO) Intern for the Finance Transformation initiative based on S/4 HANA implementation, you will play a vital role in assisting the PMO team in various activities essential for the successful execution of the project.
