The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager Digital Sales Enablement to join our team in Luxembourg. In this position you will :


  • Be responsible of defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy for sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and other relevant applications.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership (consumer & commercial) to identify key requirements and prioritizes initiatives that support sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing digital sales tools to support business objectives.
  • Play a key role in driving user adoption, providing training, and continuously improving the different sales tools with the objective to improve customer interaction and sales force efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess, select, and implement digital sales enablement tools including CRM to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. Manage the Sales tools road map and budget linked to the tools.

To join our team you will need:

Education:

The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science).

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager/Administrator, preferably with expertise in a specific CRM platform
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data management, integration, and security principles.
  • Experience providing user training and support.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
