Job Description

Afin de renforcer son équipe, le Garage M. Losch Luxembourg Bonnevoie, recherche pour entrée immédiate ou à convenir un / une : Chef (fe) d’équipe carrossier [m/f/d] Vos tâches
  • Assurer une planification et un traitement des ordres de réparation sans erreur et dans les délais
  • Intégrer les nouveaux collaborateurs, diriger et guider votre équipe et créer un climat de travail agréable
  • Identifier les écarts de processus et de qualité et proposer des solutions constructives.
  • Soutien et assistance en cas de travaux de contrôles, de diagnostics ou de réparations complexes
  • Réalisation de travaux généraux de maintenance, de réparations, ainsi que de diagnostics de toutes sortes
Votre profil
  • Vous avez 3-5 ans d’expérience dans un atelier
  • Vous travaillez d’une manière autonome, organisée et proactive
  • Vous avez de réelles compétences en communication et un fort esprit d’équipe
  • Vous êtes flexible et résistant au stress
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en français, des connaissances du luxembourgeois seront considérées comme un atout

**** Um unser bestehendes Team in der Garage M. Losch Luxembourg Bonnevoie, zu verstärken, suchen wir ab sofort einen / eine: Teamleiter (in) Karosserie [m/w/d] Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellen von wirtschaftlich sinnvoller und termingerechter Planung und Abarbeitungen der Reparaturaufträge
  • Integration neuer Mitarbeiter, Führen und Anleiten ihres Teams, sowie Schaffung eines angenehmen Betriebsklimas
  • Identifikation von Prozess- und Qualitätsabweichungen und Ableitung konstruktiver Lösungsvorschläge
  • Unterstützung und Hilfestellung bei komplexen Reparatur- oder Prüfarbeiten
  • Durchführung Unfallinstandsetzungs- und Nachrüstarbeiten, sowie die Durchführung der Schadenfeststellung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gutachtern der jeweiligen Versicherungen.
Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einem Kfz-Instandsetzungsbetrieb
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig, organisiert und zielorientiert
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sie sind flexibel und belastbar
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache, Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
