Your impact:

You will be a key member in our sales team. You will provide stellar service to core accounts and enable a consultative sales approach within strategic accounts.

In this role you will have the opportunity to identify customer needs and provide valuable insights to our Sales and Management Team to tailor personalized solutions for each customer.

What you will do:

  • Update Salesforce.com on ongoing basis
  • Maintain record track of leads that come thru the system and convert to opportunities
  • Assist with the preparation of Sales presentations and reports when needed
  • Use your strong questioning skills while contacting leads proactively to identify needs and follow-up requests
  • Using assigned customer accounts collaborate with the Sales Directors and Sales team on renewals / new business
  • Support the Sales Directors on internal process to move opportunities from leads to contracts
  • Gather market intelligence to assist the Sales Directors generate new leads/opportunities
  • Answer calls from customers requesting pricing, availability, and other information.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to find creative solutions to customer requests.
  • Support the Sales Directors on pricing/quoting, work orders, credits, job cost sheets, customer changes forms as needed
  • Support sales team to maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Ensure customer support is provided to the business when designated Sales Directors are away from the office

Your required experience/skills :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or sales related function
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good questioning and needs identification skills
  • Self-motivated attitude and initiative
  • Excellent multi-lingual written and verbal communication skills (to include English)
  • Ability to make successful and creative presentations to both internal management and customers
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Basic understanding of satellite communications or aptitude to learn these concepts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in SFDC required
