We are looking for

• Bachelor in Business Administration.
• Three years of experience in similar role in the Financial Services Industry.
• Knowledge of general accounting.
• Excel - Advance level.
• English C1 level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus.

Your role in the team

This position will provide support in both accounting and reporting functions:

Accounting:

• Supporting the team in the Monthly closings by keeping the accounting records up to date (i.e. client invoices, collections, provisions and accrual calculations, transitory accounts, prepayments, manual journal entries, etc)
• Properly monitor and reconcile the accounts assigned to this position (mainly accounts receivable, provisions, accruals, taxes, fixed assets, etc)
• Working together with the team for reporting the monthly closings to the Head Office in Madrid.
• Supporting the team in mid and year end external audits.
• Assisting in the implementation of the new ERP system.
• Contibuting to the team effectiveness.

Reporting:

• Supporting the team in having the files ready for complying with submission requested by the local regulator (CSSF& BCL). i.e: FINREP, BOP or TPTBHN.
