Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:

Administrative & Invoicing Officer

Your role:


  • Preparation of customer invoices in relation with the different Business Units;
  • Follow-up of customer reminders to optimize debt collection in collaboration with the management;
  • Management of the encoding of hours of the operational trades;
  • Participation in monthly and annual closings;
  • Maintenance of specific files / specific analyses;
  • Participation in the preparation of customer invoices;
  • Verification and numbering of accounting documents;
  • Management of services and billing rules within IT systems;
  • Mail management, filing and archiving.

Your profile:


  • You have a higher education degree (Bac+2/3 or Graduate) in accounting and management or similar;
  • Rigorous and methodical, you can work independently or in a team;
  • You have good communication, reporting and documentation skills and can handle a project from its study to its completion;
  • You have a good command of the usual computer tools, particularly Excel;
  • You are fluent in French and have an excellent command of English.
