Responsabilités

Vous travaillez avec des produits frais pour produire des plats de qualité et innovants, mais être aussi le garant de la bonne organisation de son site.

  • Dirige son équipe en répartissant et contrôlant le travail.
  • Elabore des plats, menus, recettes …
  • Organisation d’événements (banquets, …).
  • Est le garant d’une bonne gestion des produits : commandes, inventaires, contrôles qualité.
  • Tâches administratives de base.
  • Personne de référence pour les clients.

Compétences requises

  • CAP ou BEP Cuisine.
  • Expérience en tant que responsable de cuisine de 2 ans au moins.
  • Connaissances approfondies en hygiène et qualité.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels WORD et EXCEL.
