Our client, an international Insurance firm in Luxembourg, is looking for an Account Officer speaking Flemish to support their Partners & Client services team. This is a permanent contract.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and client inquiries received via email, fax, mail, or phone;
  • Take prompt and effective action to respond to inquiries from multiple partners, clients, or sales colleagues, ensuring a consistently high level of service;
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, service requests, and query resolution throughout the policy lifecycle, including document management;
  • Assist in conducting due diligence reviews of transactions in accordance with corporate standards;
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with our sales consultants and all partners;
  • Stay informed about our services, review procedures, and implement quality improvements as needed.
  • Bring to the table a solid background of at least 3 years experience within the dynamic realms of finance and insurance;
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the financial and insurance sectors, demonstrating proficiency in addressing inquiries related to funds and financial instruments;
  • Thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments, constantly striving to surpass expectations in every aspect of your role;
  • Take personal satisfaction in delivering top-notch service to both internal and external clients, reflecting a commitment to excellence;
  • Exhibit strong prioritization skills, showcasing adaptability, reliability, and accountability even in the face of adversity;
