Un Assistant Commercial (m/f) en CDI, 40h/semaine
Vous rejoignez le service commercial pour assister l’équipe dans les tâches administratives, assurer le suivi des dossiers clients, répondre aux demandes clients par téléphone et emails, de la commande à la facturation en passant par la prise de rdv pour leur flotte automobile.
Votre mission :
- Suivi de la Relation Client : Vous serez le lien entre nos agents commerciaux et nos précieux clients, garantissant une communication fluide et efficace.
- Gestion des Communications : Répondez aux appels et aux e-mails des clients pour coordonner les rendez-vous liés à leur flotte automobile.
- Élaboration de Documents : Préparez des offres, des commandes et des factures en relation avec la flotte automobile de nos clients.
- Gestion de la Base de Données : Assurez la mise à jour régulière de notre base de données client, garantissant ainsi des informations précises.
- Soutien Commercial : Participez activement à la création doffres commerciales et assurez leur suivi, favorisant la croissance de notre entreprise.
- Écoute Client : Soyez à lécoute des besoins de nos clients et communiquez ces informations précieuses à notre équipe commerciale.
Votre profil :
- Niveau BAC+2 orienté vente
- Une première expérience dans un contexte de service client ou de vente constitue un avantage
- Sens commercial au contact aisé et soucieux du conseil au client
- Rigoureux dans l’accomplissement des tâches demandées
- Résistant au stress
- Capacité à sadapter à un environnement dynamique.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Maîtrise du français à l’écrit et à l’oral, toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout
Des connaissances dans le domaine des pneumatiques et de l’entretien de véhicules sont considérées comme un avantage.
