Business Analyst Senior Consultant

infeurope is looking for a Business Analyst Senior Consultant with at least 7 years of experience.

Start date: 01/07/2024 (“Start Date”) and last until 30/06/2025 (“End Date”).
The total maximum workload is estimated at 230 man-days.

TASKS

• Business analysis and process analysis of complex projects which will encompass the following tasks:
  o Requirements analysis
  o Requirements elicitation
  o Business process documentation

• Writing of business requirements documents:
  o Description of the As-Is and To-Be scenarios
  o Co-authoring of business requirements with the subject matter experts
  o Preparation of the document management related deliverables
  o Drafting and review of the user stories and preparation of test cases

• Acting as interface between the business experts on one side and the IT project manager, the solution architects, the data governance office and the developers on the other side.

• Assisting IT developers and IT testers on the business and functional aspects of the projects.

• Enhancing the conceptual data model, the business processes and building the functional architecture of the project.

• Execution of business testing activities: writing test cases, preparing test data, executing test cases.

• Supporting the change management processes, e.g., by preparing training materials and documentation

KNOWLEDGE

• Document management systems (SharePoint) and portals
• Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
• Process or Data Modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, Conceptual Data Modeling, etc.).

COMPETENCE

• Business analysis in large (more than 500 employees) financial organizations
• Document automation and workflow management
• Business process modelling
• Testing of IT applications in the financial sector
• SQL or a Business Intelligence tool (SAP Business Object, IBM Cognos, Lumira, etc.)
• English writing skills (C1 European Level), French is recommended (B2 European Level).
