L’agence Eyesen intérim recrute pour un de ses clients situé au Luxembourg, un(e) :

Assistant/e d’achats (H/F)

Votre mission :

- Réceptionner les appels téléphoniques et les transmettre aux personnes concernées.

- Accueillir les clients, prospects, visiteurs et salariés.

- Réceptionner les correspondances et les remettre aux gestionnaires d’achats.

- Vous êtes à la réception des courriers et des mails.

- Aide à la rédaction de courrier et/ou mail.

- Diverses tâches administratives : Facturation, Prospection etc...

- Tri, Classement.

Compétences requises :

- Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office.

- Diplôme en Gestion administrative, Secrétariat et/ou Achats.

- Personne rigoureuse, polyvalente et bénéficiant d’une forte capacité d’adaptation.

- Travail en autonomie et en équipe

- Ayant la capacité de gérer son stress même durant une période de suractivité et être réactif

- Une expérience significative en saisie de commandes et rapprochement de factures.

- L’Anglais est considéré comme un réel atout.
