We are looking for a
Product & Business Development Coordinator (m/f/d)
You will be integrated in the Product Management & Business Development Department and as a member of the Center of Excellence Metallurgy team, you will coordinate the product management process and manage research and development projects.
Your main tasks:
- Planning and support R&D & EU projects, including deadline scheduling
- Preparing and facilitating meetings as well as completing follow-up tasks
- Creating quality documentation
- Preparing financial reporting
- Supporting the Centers of Competence with its tasks in the product process and R&D project management
- Supporting the coordination of innovation initiatives
- Supporting the management team in the Centers of Excellence with internal projects and processes.
What do we expect?
- Degree in a technical or economic field
- Experience in product management, innovation, or R&D management
- Ideally, product knowledge in metallurgical plant engineering
- A personally responsible, results-oriented approach to work
- An innovative mindset and affinity for IT tools (especially SAP and Excel)
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a team and assert yourself
- Communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English
- Intercultural competence.
