We are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor within our Indirect tax team.

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern indirect taxes services, data-driven solutions that organizations need to succeed.

What you will be working on

• Giving advice regarding indirect taxation, in particular VAT, and actively participate in the elaboration of indirect taxes memorandum.
• Analyze the VAT implications related to the introduction of new products / services.
• Participate in the preparation of different types of VAT declarations.
• Be involved in VAT audits and due diligence processes.
• Be part of a multicultural team of VAT experts based in Luxembourg, interconnected in a global tax network. Your customers will be leading organizations in their respective sectors: banking, financial, commercial, and industrial.

What we look for

• You are graduated with a master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Tax Law.
• You demonstrate a relevant professional experience from 2 to 5 years within tax operations.
• You have strong analytical skills allowing you to quickly understand a problem, to identify solutions and key success factors.
• You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and can work efficiently and accurately under pressure to deliver work of the highest quality.
• You have strong interpersonal skills; you know how to manage a team and to coach junior staff.
• You are able to take ownership of initiatives or projects.
• You are fluent in English and French or German. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
